I'm back, everyone.

And MUCH more cheerful than I was before. In fact, I've practically been bounching off the walls, but that might be because I'm still on a bit of a high from the Anime Banzai this last weekend.
[link] Good stuff. <3 So yeah, needless to say, this entry is probably going to be chalk full of con stuff. xD I even have pictures~ But keep in mind that I'll only be using a small handful of them in this. I sent them all over to my friend MsAlanius
[link] who I went to the con with, so if you want to see them all, you're going to have to wait for her journal update. Because I wouldn't be surprised at ALL if she ends up using all 50 something pictures. (it was hell trying to email them all to her) I'm not even really sure if it was 50, too. All I know is that it took approximately 25 emails just to get it all over to her. (she got camera happy)
Anyway, we had a spot in the Artist Alley again this year. We sold my KH bookmarks again, but this time made large prints of them and Emily (MsAlanius) also added two of her prints to our merchandise as well.
[link] We ended up spending most of our time at our booth. (or I did, at least, and I'm fine with that. I had fun~) Of course, the fact that we pretty much lived off of McDonalds the entire time was a bit annoying.
[link] It doesn't look it, but I'm actually eating a fry in that one, hence the reason I'm making a weird face.
[link]Oh and as I'm sure many of you are wondering who Emily is cosplaying as, she's Kuja from FFIX, and with a very realistic costume that had a ton of people trying to hug her and take her picture. (and getting hit on by multiple guys a lot older than her. It was extremely entertaining to watch, especially said guys' faces when they realized how old she was. cough17cough) For Friday, I was dressed up as Anna from Shaman King, but I eventually got sick of the red bandana, so I switched it with an orange cat hat later on. So you won't see any pictures of me with the bandana, but with the cat hat. xD
[link] And you know what? I have no idea who that is. But such is the case with Anime Cons. Everyone is EXTREMELY friendly. Hell, there are a few people who Emily became really good friends with that later on, when I asked her what their names were, she looked down at the ground for a second, and then looked back up at me and said she had no idea, didn't ask them.
[link] [link] [link] [link]One of the things I love about the con is that you can find almost any character there. Doesn't really matter if it's actually an anime. There was a Dexter from Dexter's Lab, a guy from Halo, and even the Dr. Who guy. xD And it's even better when you can get all the characters together, like I showed with the Naruto and WEWY crews.
[link] [link] [link] [link] [link]Although, my inner fangirl is particularily fond of the Kingdom Hearts cosplays. 8D So much happiness~ I love the banana and Sora one though, just cause it's so entertaining to look at. I mean, come on, one of my favorite characters... with a giant banana. xD There was also this really cool one of Cait Sith. >3> But we didn't get a picture of him. *tear*
[link]This is probably one of my favorite costumes though. It's not an actual character, but it's like a mix of KH and Vocaloid. It's awesome~ x3
[link] [link] We made around $100 by the time we finished, which is great.

Not that we have any of it left now, because we spent pretty much all of it at the con. Emily has dubbed me as kind of selfish, which I think she was only partially kidding about, which is okay because I kind of agree. I mean, I used up $60 of the money to buy myself a lifesize keyblade.

It's metal and everything, so if I were to actually use it as a weapon, it really would HURT to get hit with it. (we even tested it out, at one point) ME LOVES ME KEYBLADE. <333
[link] [link]Also, for Saturday, instead of dressing up as Anna again, I went as a cat. xD Which is what that white thing is. It's a tail, and it's SO much fun to walk around with. I kept stroking it whenever I was sitting down, which Emily, being Emily, made a perverted comment about and now I can't pet it without thinking about what she said and slowly putting the tail back down. Trust me, you don't want to know.
Anyway, there's a TON more that happened at the con. (like the mad search for Zidane that Emily dragged me on, and the struggle that was waking up in the morning) But I really need a shower (just got back inside from cleaning up dog poop) and so I'm going to go ahead and leave it here. Hopefully Emily will talk about everything I skipped.
Toodles~ <3
